You should check your BMI because it really depends on your height.
Your diet seems fine. Eating is a habbit. Your stomach adapts to how much you give it. Give it less and slowly it will start requiring less and vice versa
But DO check out your BMI it will give you a clear indication of whether you are a healthy weight or not!

Unless you're pretty short you should weigh another 10lbs. I would recommend a dietitian.
how tall are you, and are you muscular, but yeah you seem really fat. Unless your really muscular or very tall, or both.
