i dont beileve in whey proteins or creatine i just want to make a homemade workout shake for after my workout.using only food no powders.

No offense but GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. You'll have to make a shake out of meat or something. Just get a powder. There's a really good one called Herbalife and its not a crazy protein powder but it tastes really good with fruit and stuff if you mix it into a shake. It's not even very expensive.
