i'm 14 and i got abs , i uuse to be so fat. wat i did is i do sit ups and go to the gym, i also eat small meals everyday. and be sure YOU DO EAT BREAKFAST.
I run intervals on a treadmill (walk at a pace of 4mph for ~4mins, run at a pace of 6-7mph for ~mins, repeat) and then lift 15lb weights. I'm a 15 year old female and this works great for me!
