HELP! How do I get rid of... (best detailed answer wins)?!

Question: HELP! How do I get rid of... (best detailed answer wins)?
Love handles!
What kind of exercises are best and what foods should I be eating. Is it even possible??
I have been exercising consistently for a few weeks now and eating well, but I need better instruction.
I am little to begin with so I don't think it should take that long if I stay on track.

This is where I'm at now : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/541/photo289jpg102559427.jpg/

Answers:

Feet shoulder width apart - right arm in the air -left arm to your side - tilt your body to the left touch the side of your knee (repeat 20X)
do the same but switch sides to work other side. I swear by this. I do this at least twice a day. It is simple and results are quick.

Good hormone control is essential (specifically cortisone/insulin).

Stress needs to be kept low for good cortisone control (so this involves not over-exercising while under-eating). Certain habits (e.g. smoking) is bad for raising cortisone.

And diet needs to be balanced for good insulin control (no excessive simple/refined carbohydrates). Soda drinks are probably one of the worse for this. Basically, try to eat foods like the caveman diet (although it doesn't have to be extreme...e.g. you can still eat some grains).

Also, a great article about reducing fat in certain areas more than others is here (controversial but sounds promising):

Had love handles, studied well, worked hard and got rid of them

unfortunately it's impossible to target areas of your body for fat loss. All you can do is eat well and exercise. Take in less calories than you burn and you'll lose weight. Depending on how much you weigh you should be eating around 1200 to 1700 calories a day. Each session you work should be focused on interval training. Mix weights and cardio and you'll be fine.

STAY AWAY FROM SODA! The sugar and carbonation in it causes you to bloat, which is your problem. Limit the McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, ect, as it does the same thing with the sodium. Eat fruits and veggies and drink LOADS of water. Running is one of the best excises, as it works nearly every muscle in the body. Best of luck to you!

I follow this diet and look fine....

Salads. No ranch. Extra carrots.
As for the workout, you already have a nice structure and good curvage- so it is a matter of toning.
I suggest rapid abdominal workouts- crunches/sit-ups at different angles of bend. But most importantly, I suggest working on your obliques. Basically, get like some dumbells and twist to your side from side to side.
You will be looking great in no time.

um turning like feet shoulder apart and move the top of your body to the sides so technically yoga
