Question: How to lose 15 pounds in 45 days?
im having surgery in 45 days and i would like to be at my ideal weight before that happens. i am 160 pounds and 5"7 i am at the high end of a healthy BMI and look "chunky" i play hockey so most of the weight i would like to think is muscle. oh any btw im 16 year old girl. i count calories everyday on the i-touch's "LOSE IT!" app. it has set me up for losing 2 pounds a week but it never seems to get me past 5 pounds lost. if you guys could help me ADD ON to my calorie counting to help me lose weight that would be great thanks!!

start going to the gym and do cardio. TO lose fat you need to exercise 50-85% higher than your resting heart rate. As for dieting, cut out soda and bread, drink more water and drinking green tea increases your metabolism.
