How to get more potassium and calcium in my diet?!

Question: How to get more potassium and calcium in my diet?
No matter what I seem to eat, even foods listed as being high in these things, I always seem to come up very short. Should I take supplements? I'm not looking for a list of foods. I already know what they are--I just can't seem to get enough of these two things no matter what I eat. Thanks!

Plant fertiliser would contain a lot of calcium and potassium. Hmm...

If you're coming up very short, I would definitely consider supplements.
Just make sure you are aware of the side effects;

Well of course milk and bannanas come to mind. Most milk is fortified with calcium over and above the natural amount usually along with vitamin D. As far as the potassium actually almost any fruit will have potassium, not just bannans. A good one-a-day vitamin pill will boost these two nutrients also
Good luck
