start by having a few more fruits/veggies in your diet, also have a good serving of protein (meat) everyday. drinking a good amount of water is beneficial too because the fluids flush toxins out of your system.

Have some fruit and vegetables on hand. Some lean protein, like tuna or baked chicken is good at least once a day.
If you're looking for some easy ideas, have some cereal with a little milk for breakfast. Try almond milk. I eat it on Kasha cereal and no sugar needed.
For lunch have salad with chicken or fish and a piece of fruit, like an apple or pear.
For dinner how about fajitas made with sauteed veggies and some lean steak or chicken.

stay away from breaded and fried foods...and cut down on red meat...eat more chikin and turkey..fish etc...cut back on pork..
eat more fruits and vegetables and nuts...peanut butter
