What exercises can I do to help weight loss without buying resistance bands or w!

Question: What exercises can I do to help weight loss without buying resistance bands or weights (already have cardio)?
I already do 30min of cardio a day but I need to add in some other exercise and I have no idea what to do.
Is there a website that can help me plan out a workout routine for my specific situation?

Answers:

make your weights, gallon jugs with decent handles work well, you can adjust the volume/weight. You just need weight, your muscle won't know the difference. Could even get creative and put a pole between two and have a barbell ( make ties on the end to keep them from sliding).

Gotta do whatcha gotta do, must have muscle.

oxygen burns fat, basically anything that makes you breathe faster(aerobic). you need a lifestyle change! become as active as posdible. change your eating habits to speed up metabolism. eating six small meals(snacking) rather than 2 or 3 regular meals will help. cutting out processed foods , refined sugar, bleached flour, will help on your path to HEALTHY weight loss. its not about depriving but changing your eating habits so the weight loss is permanent. dieting will slow down your metabolism thus causing rapid weight gain.
good luck and bea healthy!!

The best way to lose weight is probably running. Try fit in an hours running everyday and thats more than enough! That'll mean you'll burn about 400 extra calories a day.

The old-fashioned push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups come to mind.

Yes!
