Question: Flat Stomach.. help me please?
so im 15 and i weigh around 105-108 pounds.. i try to eat healthy and i do abb workout almost every second night!
What can I do to get my stomach flat in a short amount of time?

Belly fat is usually the last fat to go.

For a flat belly you need avocados, berries, green tea, oatmeal and tomatoes.

Stop doing ab workouts, You don't say how tall you are, but it sounds like you are underweight. Do push ups instead of ab workouts because the work the entire body. Being underweight can make your abdomen appear to bulge some too.



It doesn't matter if you have a completely fLat stomach or not! But If your really worried do crunches or curl ups also if you 15 and weigh 105 or 108 pounds thats maybe underweight may I ask how tall you are?
