Here are the best tips you'll find ;)
1. Set a REASONABLE goal!
2. Keep at it and having family support or other people's support is always good.
3. Don't over-do it! Exercise daily and maybe give yourself a break once a week.
4. If you can eat healthy without a proper, no junk etc then go for it.If your having trouble leave at least maybe one day a week where you eat what ever you want (but only ONE :D)
5. Don't rush it.... losing a lot of weight without a REAL professional isn't really safe. I'd say don't lose more than 2 or so lbs a week. (which is quite a bit)
Stick to it - and awesome goal. It won't come overnight but trust me, if you stick to it you won't be sorry.

Throught the years I seen seen and heard alot of people complaining that it's hard to lose weight.A friend of mine was having the same problem,I bet almost if not the same as you are having she wasn't getting results,but now that she came across the diet solution she's been doing great,with excellent results.Maybe this is something for you.
