It is good that you have high metabolism rate.

To gain weight, you need both fats and protein. Boil potato will give the extra carbo to let your fats convert to muscle. To get muscle, you need protein, the food which the muscle wants.

Protein comes from meat, fish and vegetable (soya bean, tofu, bean curbs) that at least 2 serving of vegetables (green vegetables) or fruits to attain a balanced diet.

If you work out more, you need high carbo stuff like banana, boiled (not fried) potatoes to give you the extra punch as mention earlier to gain muscle during workout.

Swim is naturally the best exercise, as it is less injury prone than other exercise and it help to release stress and build up all muscle (that is why navy guys are tougher)

Water is by far the best drink you can have. Drink at least 2 litres of it everyday especially if you workout more.

Lastly have fun when you exercise, you will find that it help you to grow fitter.

Cheers

Nuts are healthy but quite fatty I think :)
Just eating bigger portions will help you gain weight - but don't overstuff yourself so you feel uncomfortable and bloated, obviously(:
you can eat more meat and, you lucky thing, more cakes etc, just not an unhealthy amount!
high protein milkshakes? Ones that you can put vitamins in too so they're not too unhealthy ;)

-also may I point out that there's nothing wrong with having a high metabolism and being naturally slim, it may work out that you don't put on any weight even with your new diet purely because of your metabolism. I do nearly no exercise and at 13 I didn't really put on any weight but from 14 onwards my previously high metabolism has slowed down, and I've put on weight especially on my limbs, aha. Not an unhealthy amount, just so I look more average now. Don't worry too much about it! good luck :)

Nuts and things like peanut butter, dried fruit, porridge (lots of it), seeds

things i have suggested are high in calorie but they contain lots of nutrients and good fats instead of bad fats... try and scale up your portions... eat lots of protein and try to gain muscle :)

good luckk!! damm wish i was you so i could eat more xD xx

They have many shakes you can buy or make on your own but calorie dense foods are peanut butter, cheese, ice cream and nuts.

Gain healthy muscle mass don't become obese, I was 13 and 75 pounds I started working out and in 2 yrs I gained 40 pounds.

in my opinion, i think you should consult a dietitian so that they can provide you with the correct nutrition.
