Would I lose more than 10 pounds in 4 months doing this?!


Question: Would I lose more than 10 pounds in 4 months doing this?
Breakfast- Glass of water and banana or weetabix and semi skinned milk
Lunch- Sandwich and bottle of water
Dinner- Soup or Chicken probably and water

With everything I eat I will drink water and when I do get hungry throughout the day I'll have a piece of fruit and If I'm still hungry I'll just drink water or eat gum!

I'll be walking atleast 2 hours per day and running 1 hour and at home I will do about 5 minutes of jumping jacks 5 minutes of sit ups and push ups at night!

I'm 140lbs - 5ft 4 at the moment - male.. eat alot of crisps, drink alot of soda, a little bit of exercise not alot!
Gonna try and make a change though..

Very Unhealthy diet..... if you cut out soda alone you will most likely lose the ten pounds in four months. Weight lose comes down to calories in and calories out. If you hit the gym 3 times a week for even a half hour cut soda eat more but eat healthy you'll get the results you want. You won't be able to matain the diet you planned eventually you will binge and eat tons of bad food it will happen.



You shouldn't drink water like half an hour before and after you eat. It dilutes your stomach acid.


Seriously, you could probably lose 10 pounds just by cutting out the soda and crisps, especially if you work out. You don't need to starve yourself. That meal plan doesn't sound very appealing...



HELL you would..,but youu could eat a bit more mayb coz wat youre eatin is good but you need more fruit and veg :). Hope this helps.



You don't loose weight from eating less, you loose weight by eating the right amount and the right things. You first have know how many calories you need to eat per day. This is BIG for your diet. Make sure it's low in fat, sodium, etc.

You have to record what you eat and how many calories it is.
remember, it's 80% diet 20% exercise
Celery is good to eat, since it has negative calories
Fruits, vegetables, all the healthy stuff
BUT, when you're on a strict diet, your metabolism slows down, so you need at least ONE binging meal to speed it up a little. As in, eat healthy and record your calories all week, then on Sunday have one meal where you can binge a little (like Wendy's). BUT ONLY ONE MEAL.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to eat the amount of calories your body needs in order to loose weight.
Do a lot of cardio exercises and get into sports like Lacrosse(;
