I cannot stick with a diet!!!! -____-?!

Question: I cannot stick with a diet!!!! -____-?
I can't stick with a diet because I'm always bleeping hungry!!!
I'm 17, high school senior, I run track and I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage (please don't say I don't because I do)

I'm currently in an off season between winter & spring track. My indoor track season ended early because i had sick for like a month so now I'm tryna to get back in track shape and get leaner stronger faster and better now that I can workout again but I'm ALWAYS freaking hungry.

Every other morning on the weekday I wake up at 5:30 take my vitamins and lift then get ready for school and after school go on a 30-60 min run (depending on how I feel that day) and then the days I'm not lift I do a mini core workout before school and then run after school. And since I'm a high/long/triple jumper I do conditioning workouts for jumpers on the days I don't feel like going for distance runs.

The workouts are good quality I'm just can't stick with a diet I eat lots of fruits the only veggies I like are broccoli carrots peas and salad, lean chicken and fish, and yogurt when I'm craving something sweet, junk food is an absolute no no for me, but I'm addicted to carbs like cereal...its all healthy cereal in my house like Cheerios and Kashi but eat so much of it so it kinda defeats the purpose...bread I can control myself with that I don't eat white bread all the carbs I eat are whole grain or wheat but still too much of a good thing isn't really good.
Suggestions???

Answers:

Brussel sprouts are a delicious vegetable.

Beans ! They have a lot of complex carbohydrates, which take longer to digest, and thus don't contribute to a surge of sugar like fruits do.

Navy beans, pinto beans, black beans, all kinds of beans.

Oatmeal - plain - good fiber and fills the lower digestive track. It behaves as a buffer to keep sugar from being digested too quickly. It's also much less expensive than Cheerios or Kashi.

You can eat popcorn - no butter, no salt - for filler.

You are eating yogurt ? Get the plain kind, Dannon makes it in 32 oz containers. No added sugar, just the yogurt and some added Lactobacillus Acidophilus bacteria.

When you eat a lot of food, your stomach expands to hold it, and when you eat larger meals and larger meal, the stomach gets larger and larger. Hence the feeling you need to fill it again.
Small meals get the stomach to slowly reduce its size.
