I have to write a five page paper on the history of conditioning exercises for my coach and I cannot find a single thing on the origin of it. Can anyone please help me find a website with some kind of information on it's history? Thank you.

You wil never find information on the origins of conditioning exercises. It's like saying, when did fire get started or who was the first to put the bible together?
The whole point of your paper is not when conditioning exercises started or why. Your thesis of the paper should be how it has evolved over time.
