Why do i loose weight and gain it right back?!

Question: Why do i loose weight and gain it right back?
I'm 5'2 and I started working out 3 days ago, running for two hours and doing cardio and yoga. I eat 1200 calories everyday with no junk food or sweets. Everything healthy and no "cheating" at all. I started at 138 and I writhed my self today and was 133 then weighed myself just now and 139. Does anyone know why this is happening? I've been working so hard and I gained more weight! I'm started to get really depressed now due to this

probably because you are not eating the right foods. or you are swinging back and forth with your efforts ,,,which is going to be like climbing up a wet slide to lose weight that way.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

the reason for your weight fluctuations maybe that your body is not accustomed to the sudden increase in exercise and decrease of food value. you would lose weight quickly immediately because of the exercise, but then you gain it back because your body believes that it is under attack, and goes into survival mode, keeping in as much nutrients as possible. imagine if you were stranded on an island, if you had no food, you would lose weight quick. then your body would recognize that it is starving, and needs to preserve energy to stay alive. hope i was a help! try moving in to your weight loss gradually. this might help

Did you eat a lot of sodium the past few days? If you eat something really salty (like Chipotle, for example), you shouldn't weigh yourself for a few days after, because it makes you retain water. Or if you're on your period and really bloated, that could be the reason too. Hm...or do you look heavier? If you still look the same, you could be gaining muscle. It could be a lot of things. Give it about a week and see if it gets any better. Good luck!

Yeah, because you loose weight too quickly and you gain it back as quickly. And what you loose and gain is only water weight :) even that 1 pound is just water weight. That's why you should only aim to loose 1 - 2 pounds a week.
