My strength is increasing pretty fast?!
Question: My strength is increasing pretty fast?
Every week I add 10 pounds and 1 rep to my bench press. How is it possible that I am getting this much stronger without even gaining weight? I run everyday for at least an hour.

Because you toning your muscles and strengthening your body. Im surprised your not putting on a little weight being that muscle is heavier than fat. Humm. Maybe making an even swap.
