How to become a size 0 (pro-ana)?!


Question: How to become a size 0 (pro-ana)?
Ok i know what you all are going to say, "Why?" but you are probably not like me. I've probably had EDNOS since 11. I know all the consequences because like i said i've been having problems since age 11. I just want to be skinny!! For myself. Maybe for a Boy. So my parents won't talk about me. Maybe so my life will be okay. You have know idea what I go through everyday dreading even the thought of eating. I need a plan. I just want to lose weight!!!

height: almost 5'4
weight:130
goal weight: 97
goal size: 0
Please don't say not to try because i've heard it all before. I've gone through starving, throwing up, and cutting. if others didn't change my mind, no offense but why would you.

Your body is growing and needs all the nourishment it needs. I'm here for you to listen if you want to vent.



You already know no one is going to give you advice on how to have an eating disorder. You are obviously just looking for attention.
You know there are whole towns of starving people in some countries? You deserve to be slapped in your spoiled rotten face.

P.S. The only thing dumber then wanting an eating disorder is not knowing how to have one. They are pretty self explainitory....dont see why youd need help on knowing what to do.



Im pro ana so i understand... i'm 5'3 and weigh 110 and im a size 0. It took a lot of hard work. Basically i only took in 200 calories a day and walked/ran a mile everyday. I also would fast for about 4 days at a time intermittently. Check out onedaycloser.webs.com for some help. The owner is great to talk to.

To lose wieght you need to speed up your metabolism so that you burn more than you take in. You need to eat healthy food as you are what you eat.
Cut out the junk food and start walking, running rollerblade. Keep moving and the weight will come off by itself. Drink plenty of water so you stay hydrated. You are made up mostly of water and you dont want to count water loss as weight loss. Muscle burns fat so you have to do some weights burn it too. Throwing up is for losers. You have hydrochloric acid in your stomach that will destroy your esophagus very quickly, it could rupture and u die. Also you slow your metabolism when you puke. Do things right.and stop being your own worst enemy. Good luck.

5'4 and 97 lbs? that is diguastingly skinny for your height, have a little self respect, and a little tip, depriving your body of food, isnt going to work, the second you start eating like a HUMAN BEING again your body will store a whole bunch of fat because your in " starvation mode " be patient, go on a HEALTHY diet and exercise, that way you will at least have muscle and not be a flabby bony 97 lbs, because the hard truth is, guys prefer 130 over 97.... so use your head and think about what ur doing to your body, google side effects on eating disorders, you will be suprised on what it ACTUALLY does to you...
