how much weight could i lose?!

Question: How much weight could i lose?
if i ate 0-500 calories (only fruit and water)
and if i worked out four days a week (burning 2,000 calories on each of those days)
how much would i lose in a week? month?

Answers:

This is an unhealthy way to try to lose weight. You would want to add a few more calories. It is a fact that when a person tries to take in less calories they can get evan fatter because the body will start storing fat. But, just eat three to four times a day and watch what you eat and exercise. You will lose the pounds.
Good Luck!

Don't starve yourself. Be patient and kind to your body, expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week, healthily. So...to answer your question, not very much. You need to eat in order to lose weight, to keep up your metabolism. if you stop eating, your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto any kind of nutrients it can get, making it very difficult to lose weight. Depending on your size and gender, I'm 5'4'' female and the lowest amount of calories I can eat a day without going into starvation mode is 1,200 calories. But if you want to lose weight, try to burn at least 500 calories a workout, but make sure you replace the calories with healthy foods!

woah. i treid that for a whole year once.... and then as soon as i stopped, my body hung on to every single callorie i ate. trust me, if you do that....your body will hang on to everything you do eat and then you will be fatter in the long run. so if you dont trust me on this you will most likely be fat

you will lose weight quickly, but you will lose muscle as well and won't be able to work out. you'll feel really sick and it's hard to start eating again.
trust me, i've done it. 'so, keep up the excercising, but just eat a little bit more. you'll lose weight even faster! :)

that is not safe! your body need fat (healthy fats) and protein, you will get very sick
