Question: How to lose belly fat?
Hi. Im 16, 5'2 and 120 pounds. I know im not fat but i am over weight according tomy doctor. I would like to lose some weight. I've been working hard but getting no where. I eat 1,500 calories a day Mostly cereal (honey bunches of oats) and breads fruits and wheat thins. I do not drink pop i drink only water. Im very limited to what i can eat. I work out 30 minutes a day everyday and have been for 2 months. Im not seeing ANY results. What am i doing wrong?!? What should i do.

Eat less bread. and half an hour is not enough time every day it has to be at least one hour
The old-fashioned way of 'diet and exercise' is still the quickest and most efficient way to lose those extra pounds. To this day, nothing beats this method.
