How can I lose weight from my belly and tone up?!


Question: How can I lose weight from my belly and tone up?
I'm twenty. A year and a half age I was a size 6-8. Now I am a size ten. The fat goes straight to my stomach and butt. I have flabby thighs too. It's really getting me down because I was skinny all my life. It looks horrible because I have small boobs and a flabby tummy. My confidence is gone. Any suggestions?

you probably already know most of these but are hoping for miracle answers. Lol i did the same. i was 120 kg, (not all fat im big guy because of muscle not purely fat)

you want to look slimer, i wanted to get ripped and toned. we two are after sme goal. This is what i do.

Drink at least 8 glasses of warm water rather than cold. Worlds oldest chinese man says that this is the most common type of water he drank. I also read in several magazine that this helps burn calories quicker, dont ask how

Work out large muscles as these will eat a lot of calories even at rest. Main musles are quads, back and pecs. Train these and ull be burning fat much quicker.

Avoid fatty food. Not excessive detailed needed on this one.

Have numerouse meals, around 5 or 6 per day rather than the usual two or three. This stops from bodygetting hungry therefore stopping it from burning fat less quickly as an act of preserving energy. This will keep your metabolism higher.

use body as much as you can. The more you use it, the younger it stays, weird eh? Walk to shops rather than using car. switch the light off yourself rather than telling siblings etc.

Never skip breakfast, NEVER!

start with breakfast being largest meal of the day and gradually decreasing as you get to night.

Try not to eat before going to bed.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
