I'm shocked. 127 pounds is actually not bad if your over 20 years old. I don't know how old you are, but if you're really young then I guess that's right. Are you sure that's right or you typed it in wrong? Drinking lot's of water is a good way to loose weight fast. Running everyday is good too. Have the temperature in your house turned down cool. I watched the Doctors and they said if your house is cold you'll loose weight because your body shivers and burns calories. Cut the junk food. eat lean cusine meals and eat special k snacks or yoplait yogurt.

start doing YOGA.in yoga there r many asanaas..which will help u losing only belly fat,lay down on ur back breathe in take legs up slowly at 30 deg angle hold it there now up ur head at same angle hold it there for 30 seconds..exhale slowwly whil goin back in straight position..do it 10 times a day b4 eating anything
