if your doing same routine every time you go then two.
If you do like legs one day and arms the other. this is what i would do;
legs
Chest
Rest
And keep doing this.
This is my routine.
Professional builders workout upper body in pairs
They work out biceps the same day as back.
And work out tricep same day as chest.
Youll notice many chest workouts make triceps sore and vice versa. Which is why they do it, it more natural and a lot more efficient.
Anyway, after they explaining here is my routine
mon back traps shoulder etc and biceps and abs
Tue chest, tricep, forearms abs
Wed all of legs, quads calves etc and abs
Thu cardio and abs
Fri rest
Sat rest
Sun cardio abs
You can have the sunday cardio on friday or saturday too whenever your need fits. Make sure you do abs as much as possible as these are one of the quickest recoveres and part of your core. working out core stops seriouse injuries and permanent damage,

just one. you should exercise 3 days a week with a day of rest (I rest on saturday and sunday)
but thats just for lifting weights.
you can do cardio everyday
well it depends on how much muscle you have i have a good work out history so i rest one day a week if your just starting out wait 2 days between workouts.
