Weight in middle school?!

Question: Weight in middle school?
I'm in 7 grade and right now your body is changing well mostly all the girls at my school are thin and short. But I'm the odd one out I have red hair and I'm 5' 11" and I'm not the thinest person, I always hear you aren't fat it's just the way your built. I play basketball and I stay so active more then others but I can't seem to lose weight. Please help my by summer I want to be able to wear a bikini and look hot!!!!!

I have no problem with fat people if they stay fit and active you are probably that way due to genetics.

If you are physically active, which it seems you are, then it probably is true that you were just built that way. However, keep in mind that girl's bodies change up until the age of 18. I am 18 right now, and I can tell you that some people I knew in middle school that were on the heavier side turned out to be normal weight in high school or even skinny. Also, a word from the wise: learn to appreciate what makes you different because that is what makes you interesting.

It really is just the way you are built. Just do sit ups/ crunches, and push ups to get toned. If you are already healthy, then there's no need to lose weight. Especially at a young age.

12 year olds should not want to look hot lol

It's probably all muscle, if you're active. You have to remember muscle is heavier than fat.

Thats probably muscle :P, you dont want to get rid of that do you?
