Question: How to get your body more proportionate?
my shoulders are wide and my boobs are big but i have no hips and not really a waist indention how to get i get bigger hips and thighs so that my body can be proportioned?? i am really self concious because i have chicken legs and i hate it!!

hi, go to the gym, work out your legs,
do squats, glute kickbacks....

your shoulders are wide, its a mesomorph characteristic meaning you could build your hip and legs in no time



Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back.
