im 6' 145 and was 135 last year cuz ive been trying to put on some muscle, but im kinda fat now, so you might want to aim for like 140 or 135 if you're 5'9"
nope. 125-165 is healthy.
179 is overweight i assume. 151 would be perfect!
no perfect weight ud be pushing it at 5 ft that weight though lol
