use agave nectar or stevia to sweeten your foods. they're not sugar, but are sweet.. they're good for diabetics, too. stevia has a funky taste at first, but i would recommend that one first. it doesn't rot your teeth like sugar does. it's from a plant, like sugar.. it's sweet.. you can use it to bake with & make sweet stuff with.. you can use agave nectar, too. both are good & better than sugar.

you can make some high fiber flax or whole wheat pancakes or oatmeal & use agave nectar instead of syrup/sugar to sweeten it. you can get some apples or pears and pour agave nectar on them & bake them or eat them raw.

agave nectar & stevia can be used in hot or cold teas, so you can have "sweet tea" or flavored tea that's sweet.

buy a juicer & juice some fresh fruits and vegetables. the juice is sweet. i like green apple & carrot juice myself.

if you like chocolate, try going to a health food store & buying cacao or cacao nibs.. which what that is, is raw chocolate... it's nice & chocolaty, without all the extra garbage that's in chocolate that makes it bad for you to eat.

all ya gotta do is just eat lots of fruits vegetables and grilled meat, no soda only milk and water

and once a week have some cake or something, its tactical so you dont rebound and ruin your diet, plus when you eat sweets in little moderation its good for you.



You need to watch your teeth very carefully and you end up with toohe ach so badly aaand I would suggest to eat some fruit and something thing that doesn't have sugar in it.

There's some sweet fruits.. Like strawberries and plums. Or even pomegranates! Theyre healthy and delicious. They always satisfy my sweet tooth.



You can do what they said- have one day to eat what you want or just chew gum, brush your teeth and drink water.. it helps alot.
