Question: I'm a 14 year old boy and I want to start working out but i need a good home workout routine?
I'm 5'8 and 130 pounds. I'm going to join the high school football team next year and i want to get my body ready. I don't have any exercising machines at home but i do have some dumbbells. I plane to workout at least an hour for about 4 or 5 days a week.

You don't just need dumbells. Anythingll be good. Strength isn't all you need though. You need stamina. Run every day or bike ride for a least 30 minutes. Then run up and down stairs 50 times. Count going up and down the stairs as one. Do elevated pushups. Do them until it burns. Do more cardio. Use your dumbells and do standing flys or raises. When this gets to easy. Step it up a notch start using furinature as your weights thn. Start training for 2 hours at a
time when 1 gets to
easy. Eat healthier. No eating chips all the time. Don't be afraid to switch it up or add something new. Oh and stay hydrated

You can workout for less than that, you want to do full body exercises that will increase your strength and fitness levels. This is a good workout video here, just do enough sets as you can. You can add in dumbell exercises such as bench press, chest flyes, lat rows and hammer curls to give you some definition. Hope this helps

if u start working out u can mess up ur growth... well from what i heard
cuz i find 5'8 for a guy not that tall :P
i like my men tall and most girls would want u to be tall :D
