Question: HOW CAN I LOSE 30 LBS IN 2-3 MONTHS?
please help! im 16, and i HATE my body.
does anyone know a strict diet that will help me lose 30 pounds in two to three months?
but none of that eat 7 meals kind of diets.
i usually just eat breakfast and dinner, but i want a diet that will help me lose weight fast!
ive tried the special k diet....nada so far.
ive joined a gym, and go frequently, done yoga, etc, but nothing seems to work for me.
im just a fat lard.
any help?

30 pounds in 2-3 months. Easy, Just cut off your legs...
That is a ridiculous goal. I mean 30 pounds is a good goal to having a healthier future, but 2-3 months is unrealistic. Just work on it week by week, only weighing yourself once a week, during the morning. Get plenty of water, cut out caffeine and pop, avoid fast food. Also, whether or not you want to believe it, you eating more will help you out. Eating only breakfast and dinner is not a healthy diet and you are not getting the right amount of nutrients. I'm not saying go eat 75 small meals per day, but just try to get a lunch in if you can. Make sure you are eating healthy and try to follow the food pyramid. Hope this helps (: and good luck.

Past experiences



From personal experience, I lost about 10 lbs/month on the old Weight Watchers plan. I went from the middle of May to the middle of August a few years ago and went from 173 to 140. So yes, it is possible but you have to be very diligent! I'd say any points system or calorie counting type plan is the best. Good luck :)

okay the goal is way too high to achieve anything you should look at losing 15-20 pounds in 2-3 months... maybe in 5 or 6 months you can lose 30 pounds if you try hard
