There are a few things you can do for each. For splits, you need to hold them while you watch tv. Change sides during commercials. To get your center splits you'll have to work a bit harder. Hold these as well. You can also get against a wall laying down with your butt against the wall and your legs up. Lower your legs as far as you can. Then sit up and push yourself against the wall. You can also have others push on you while you hold your splits, just not too hard. Your toetouches will be a lot better once you get your splits. You cab make them better by strengthening your leg muscles.

Answer mine?

Hey there :) Well first of all, your going to need lots of flexibility. For the splits, start out by doing lunges with both legs as often as possible to stretch out your hamstrings. I usually do mine for 30 second to one minute at a time. As for the middle splits, make sure to strentch in a lunge-like position there, too (bend one leg down and the other straight out to the side and go as low as you can). For toe-touches, sit in a straddle position on the floor with your legs as far out as you can and bend down to each leg and try to touch your nose to your knees and hold the position as long as you can. Then, while staying in a straddle, try and lay your belly flat on the floor in front of you. These will also help with the middle splits! The key is to stretch and practice, practice, practice. Thats how I got mine :) Another tip of advice, when doing a toe-touch, make sure you look FORWARD. Never look down or at your feet or anything. Fix your vision on a certain spot on the wall and keep it there. Focus on bringing your legs as far up as you can. Once you master the height of your legs, then you can work on bringing them out more in addition to up. Hope I helped and good luck!!
