How to really isolate bicep muscle when working out?!


Question: How to really isolate bicep muscle when working out?
I do bicep curls mix with push ups and benching, but my biceps seems to never be tight or sore the next day. My forearm and front deltoids seems to be taking most of the weight when I do curls. What's a really good strength training workout for biceps?

Answers:

It's a mental thing. Whenever you're working a particular muscle try to imagine or pretend that that is the only muscle you can flex - and completely relax all your other muscles as much as possible.

Also, if you're having trouble getting your biceps to grow, work your triceps hard instead; That will make your arms bigger overall.



Just work on biceps and triceps that day. Do concentration curls and preacher curls with high weight low rep



Lay on an inclined bench to do your curls.
