How much weight can you possibly lose through eating very little in 2 weeks?!


Question: How much weight can you possibly lose through eating very little in 2 weeks?
This is purely out of curiosity...I am very happy with my weight so save yourselves from any advice or lecturing.
If one was to eat like 1/10 of what they normally do how many ibs total would they lose in like 2 weeks (w/ out exercise)
And I absolutely know for certain the answer isnt "no weight b/c blah blah blah" I didn't eat barely anything a while back for 6 days due to a family loss depression and I lost weight for SURE.
So how many pounds exactly....will def. vote on best answer!

A few summers ago I was sick and couldn't eat anything for about 4 weeks straight except for water and the odd snacks. I ended up losing like 40 pounds... so I think it would be safe to say that you could lose 20 pounds max in those two weeks but of course you wouldn't have the energy to do anything at all. Some people actually might not lose a lot of weight while others may lose a lot.



Well it depends on if your eating or not. If your eating like some but not as much then you'll put your body in starvation mode which makes you gain weight because when you do that instead of keeping the nutrition and wasting out the fat your body will keep both which will cause you to gain weight.

If your not eating then yes you will loose weight but as soon as you start eating again you'll be in starvation mode which means you'll gain pounds really easily. So either way it isn't a good idea because of starvation mode

I did that once, I wanted to lose weight quickly (baaaad idea, I won't go into details) and I lost around 6-8 pounds. It definitely wasn't healthy. If I ate more than 800 calories in one day, I hated myself.

If you were to eat even LESS, I'm sure you'd lose more, but weight loss due to malnourishment is always temporary... You'll stop losing weight that way in a little while.

Please don't starve yourself! It's painful, depressing, and terrible for your health.

I dont know how much u could lose but eating very little isnt good for the body at all. Id plan a small healthy diet and roll with it.
