if your craving choclate.. eat a choclate granola bar..craving chips eat a rice cake..simple changes like this can make your snacking habit less un healthy



Hi Lina,

You should start your day off by eating carbs and fiber. Carbs are easier to burn off early in the day and will help your cravings. As for fiber, that is like the ultimate hunger beater, it keeps you fuller for longer! Also a handy tip for preparing your food, and one I live by religiously, is any serving of anything you have on your plate should never be more that the size of you fist or a handful!

Drink water.
It makes you not hungry.

I drink lots of water.



Eat a lot!! But in smaller portions and more health conscious.
