Can someone please tell me their experience with Hydroxy Cut? I just started usi!

Question: Can someone please tell me their experience with Hydroxy Cut? I just started using it..?
It would help me if you told me how often you used it, if you dieted, if you didn't diet. Did you work out? What were your results? Please be thorough. I work out so much and I'm not seeing results so I just bought it and I need to know how long it takes to see results from it. I'm getting married so I need to fit into my dress!
Thanks!!

sorry you fell for the hype -
Okay so I'm going to manufacture a product called Hydroxycut and say that it causes weight loss.
In 2003 I am going to get sued and lose for making the false claims that my product is a 'clinically proven fat burner"
Then in May of 2009 the FDA is going to come in and shut me down for making unsubstantiated claims again and force me to repay $30 million to customers I sold the unproven product, including the ones with liver damage and the family of the one person that died from using the product.
Now I'm going to lay low for a bit and "reformulate" a product that now contains nothing more than herbs, spices, and mostly caffeine.
Now in July of 2010 the FTC is going to fine me $5.5 million for claiming my product not only causes weight loss but also treats or prevents colds, flu, allergies, and hay fever. Wow!
And yet current law still allows then to operate.
Now after 6 months I'm going to launch a huge ad blitz with a lot of "trick" language that lets me continue to sell a product with absolutely no clinical evidence or documentation.
What could go wrong with this product?
Why, because people are desperate to lose weight and there will always be someone there to sell them a "quick fix remedy" that doesn't work. The $60 billion weight loss industry is just too lucrative and profitable for these guys to stay away.
If any of this stuff worked, why would 2/3 of US adults be overweight or obese?
Now, do you think it will for for you?
These supplement manufacturers are using humans (you) as guinea pigs with these unapproved products.
As long as no one gets sick or dies, or they don't get fined or shut down, they will continue to make and peddle this crap under current law.
They don't care whether it works or not as long as they get your money.

Possible side effects

Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat)
Heart complications
Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes)
Kidney problems
Unexplained headaches and dizziness
Excessive fatigue
Loss of appetite
Restlessness, anxiety
Nausea, vomiting
Seizures

So let's try again. You have to burn 3500 calories more than you eat to lose a pound of body fat.
All these garbage diet pills and appetite suppressants do not work. Most of them are loaded with caffeine and other amphetamine like ingredients to elevate your heart rate - to burn more calories.
Does that really sound safe? That is where the list of side effects come from.

My professional experience knowing a few people who have been on Hydroxy cut is not good at all. There appears to be some horrible side effects. Keep it simple - eat natural, consume natural food( not synthetic vitamins or any stuff like Hydroxycut), exercise and be happy.
Your situation is common. "I am getting married and i want to look like Marilyn Monroe by next week."
Did you choose your dress the right size at the time or did you choose the dress hoping that you are going to fit into it?
Without knowing how long it is until the wedding it is difficult to provide advice or how much weight you need to lose. You may need to go on a quick ( not recomended) diet to fit in the dress, but expect some disappointment afterwards when the weight creeps up again. If you have some time ( minimum of 6 weeks) then I would suggest a lifestyle of healthy habits to take the weight off and keep it off permanently.
Have a nice wedding and life.

I am in the same boat as you, I work out 5 days a week and eat healthy. I am having a really hard time getting rid of the last 10 lbs also. I bought hydroxycut and after 1 bottle did not really see any reason to buy another. I didnt experience any weird side effects at all like everyone is making it out to be rat poison. (if it was THAT bad and affected people that badly, it wouldn't have been on the market so long) From reading more about it, apparently week 5-6 is where it starts making a real difference, so I guess I ended it too quickly, which now is making me wonder.
anyway, good luck =)

- I will also add, the people that Ive heard have a good experience with this product are the people who have alot of excess weight to lose. It's really hard for women like us who only have 10 more lbs to lose, I don't have alot of advice for you as I am also struggling with it, but I began to add interval running on a treadmill to my routine, which Ive heard burns fat like crazy. something to try!

my experience.

I bought that about 5 years ago lol when I was 15 years old, I thought I needed help from an over the counter pill to lose weight and interfere with the way my body was developing..but the 2 day of taking that I realized that I didn't need that, that's very bad for your body, is toxic..don't use that or any diet pill out there, do it with good old fashion diet and excercise...

It really does work! I actually used this and I am soo happy I did.
Don't expect to see results until like week 5. That's when I really started getting comments about my weight. Honestly, I never noticed a difference at week 5 (I don't have a scale at my house) but all of my friends and family did and I went to the doctor to be weighed and sure enough I lost almost 10 pounds in like a month.
It's not some magic pill. You won't instantly over night see a difference, don't expect to.
I didn't diet with it at all, probably just because I can never stay on diets which is the reason I bought it. But I did walk for a half hour 3 times every day (walk my dogs).
Before I started I was about 198 (I think) now I'm 150 something. But this has taken me about 6 months taking it once when I wake up with a slice of toast or something and once before I go to bed.
I think you do have to do some sort of physical exercise with it though.

I hope you'll be able to be the size you want for your big day! Congratulations! But if it's soon, I honestly (not to be rude) don't think you'll be able to lose the weight you want to.

Give it time, I guarantee you'll see a difference.

-Wow I sound like a commercial.
But it really does work, I'm so glad I decided to do it.
