i am trying to loose wight and i start exercise on treadmill and i walk for 3mil!


Question: I am trying to loose wight and i start exercise on treadmill and i walk for 3miles a day is good amount exerc?
so any one can guide me is this ok

It depends on your current fitness, walking is better than sitting but you will get more benefit if you jog the 3 miles, even if it is a very very slow jog.

Start by walking.
When you can walk it easily, try jogging the whole way without stopping (you can jog as slow as a walk). Once you can jog the whole way without dying every time try and increase the speed until you are at normal jogging speed.

The first couple of times you jog will be bad, but it gets easier.
