bodybuilding question about cutting?!


Question: Bodybuilding question about cutting?
I am at 222lb and about 17 percent bf. I wanna lose about 10-15 lb of fat before i continue on my bulk. i took things too quickly to start wuth and went from 180 to 222 in 6 months lots of muscle but fat as well. Is this a also should i eat simple carbs post workout ? or is that not good still? I am taking animal cuts for fat burning and doing cardio on an elyptical for 35 min 3 days a week in the morning befre I eat. I lift 6 times a week in a 3 on 1 off and repeat cycle. I wanna maintain all my muscle and just lose fat ONLY!
i eat about 3300 calories a day with about 1.5g protein per lb of mass and im way down on carbs like a baked potato a day and some greens at almost every meal. mostly lean chicken and skim milk with whey.
any advice from anyone who has had a sucessfull cut b4 is greatly appreciated!! thanks alot

sounds like u dont need much help...
your doing cardio on empty stomach for faster fat burning..

your cuttind down the carbs big time.... which is the whole battle..
and your still training hard to keep your muscle mass

make sure u take glutamine to preserve your muscle mass.. and recovery
