Confused About Egg Whites?!

Question: Confused About Egg Whites?
I always hear they are so good for you but I do not know really anything about them. How do you go about eating egg whites? Do you eat the raw egg do you cook it and throw the yolk out? Do you eat the yolk? What are the benefits of egg whites?

Answers:

There are utensils that will separate the egg white from the egg yolk.

These were made for cooks who need egg whites for some recipes and egg yolks for other recipes.

You can scramble egg whites just like regular eggs.

You can also boil the whole egg and remove the egg while from the yolk and eat just it. I have been told that some people feed the egg yolk to their dogs to help them get a shiny coat of hair.

Egg whites contain no cholesterol. So people who need to be on a low-cholesterol diet can still eat the egg whites for the other nutrients.

They have no fat or cholesterol and are full of protein, you can throw the yolk away or buy them in a container . You cook them just like you would an egg with a yolk, you can scramble them, make omelets, etc. They are the same as a "full" egg ( cooking wide) but alot healthier for you

egg whites have no fat or cholestrol. just straight protein.. but to get alot of protein from them u would need 4-6 of them at once...

the egg yolk is full of b vitamins and omega 3.. and it does not give cholestrol..... so u should also have a yolk

u simply scramble the egg whites....or can even fry it
