Healthy Meal Ideas...?!

Question: Healthy Meal Ideas...?
I'm looking to lose some weight. I have a workout plan going, but I need some ideas for breakfast and lunch. I'm in school, and have a job, so I end up eating what is conveniently available. But if I could make something at home for me to TAKE, then it would most likely be healthier.
So I need some quick and easy ideas for healthy breakfasts and healthy lunches.
