Question: The lemonade diet, is it really hard?
i am a 16 year old and i want to do the lemonade diet for 1 week - not for weight loss but to cleanse my body. and i am going to eat healthy when i stop, but how hard is it for 1 week? is it possible? or will i be thinking about food 24/7 for the week?

Answers:

No it's not that hard most of people do it for 10-14 days but 1 week is ok , it's totally possible and try to do something you love during this week watch movie dance hang out with friends make out lol
and you'll have the best feeling after you finished it .. like you made something really huge

Trying to lose weigh and keeping it off is a lifestyle. Why lose all that weigh just to gain it back. Keeping it of it what makes a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, choosing what you eat and how your body processes it is very important. Since everyones metabolism is different. It appears you probably just do alot of cardio and very little if any resistance training. Losing wieght fast is not a healthy way to lose wieght. Know if you want to lose fat and keep it off you must increase lean muscle mass. But to answer your question. You can lose wieght fast but it will most likely be water weight and come right back.
