Totally depends on how much weight you have to lose in the first place: if you are very overweight then you should lose up to seven pounds or so a week, maybe even more. If you have very little to lose then more like 3 pounds a week. Please don't eat less than this, unless you're doing nothing all day as it is dangerous, both physically and psychologically to starve yourself. A detox fasting regime for three days of vegetable juices and fruit is a different thing of course: it can make you feel fantastic as well as lose weight, but it should only be done for a few days max, and you should make sure you don't do anything too energetic during the fast. What the 1000 calories comes from.
Your exercise plan.
Your lifestyle including what you do for a living and activity outside of work.

We still need to know what your planned exercise routine is. At your weight and height, you will see significant weight loss without exercise at first. Once you reach about 140 lbs your weight loss will come to a halt without activity. As you lose fat, you also lose muscle, which lowers your metabolism.

In other words, the weight will return, or you will maintain a lower weight with a sloppy appearance without exercise.

it all depends,how old you are,how tall you are and what is your weight....

we all burning kcal/energy by just moving....walking,talking ect.also our body burns kcal to keep us alife if u know what i mean so lets say for example if ur female,20 years old,quiet fit or average you need about 1500kcal,thats what you body petrol so if u eat R1000 u burn about 500 kcal per day

its a 3500 kcal per week
so that will give u about 0.45kg per week

but everything also depends on ur metabolism and other aspects i mention before cause slower ur metabolism is u will loose less, so i will suggest healthy 1000kcal diest with some cardio wok out at least 3 times per week

depends on how long you stick to this calorie restriction. But if you were stay with it till June i'd say you could lose a good 20-30 pounds
