I Just Binged On 2000 Calories? Help?!

Question: I Just Binged On 2000 Calories? Help?
So, I'm sick with the flu and am extremely tired, but I can't sleep. Unfortunately for me, when this stuff happens, I begin to eat like crazy. I usually eat 1000 calories a day since it's usually enough, but today I just couldn't stop eating double that.

This is what I ate:

BREAKFAST:

* Weet Bix (2 biscuits)

LUNCH:

* A pack of cookies (100 g)

* 1 buttermilk biscuit

* Smarties (a sweet with chocolate in it if you don't know; 25 g)

* Maggi's 2 minute noodles (75 g)

* 7 litchis

* 1 Mango

DINNER:

*3 slices of vegetarian pizza with extra cheese

* 2 latte's

What can I do, RIGHT NOW? I don't want someone to tell me to just go on eating healthily tomorrow, I want to do something about this RIGHT NOW to make sure I don't gain weight. Someone please help me!

(NO mean comments, I'm freaking out here)

If two thousand calories is your daily total, that is normal maintenance for the average human being. Plus, you have to eat 3500 MORE THAN YOUR DAILY REQUIREMENTS in order to gain a pound. The scale may move, it's just what you ate, and water adjustment. My best advice it to drink a lot to make sure stuff "moves along" quickly.

dont worry, its actually not as bad as you think.
this isnt even binging, binging is when you overeat in a set period of time. this is just you being hungry.
drink lots of liquids and alot of fiber tomorow. it will all be allright.
your body burns more calories while your ill anyway.

Since you are sick you can't workout so -I'm sorry for saying that- but you have to eat healthy tomorrow. Besides 2000 calories will just maintain your weight.

You'll always end up binging on junk when you routinely deprive yourself of eating enough. 1000 calories isn't enough to maintain with weight in a healthy way so take it as a sign that your body needs more

1000 isn't healthy btw. 2000 you go gurl...or boy? lol

those happen i know you are probably freaking out cause of the work you put in BUT FROM ALL MY EXPERIENCE...DON'T DO IT TOMORROW... don't freak out and be like oh my god i gotta make up for it and work extra hard this whole week.. calm down treat it like it never happened and continue eating and exercising the way you were before. do this ... its best... trust me it was only a little blip in the screen

well seems like you want to do something about it i really suggest what i said above but if you really wanted to... and 2000 is all you ate today i'll provide you my insight... i wear a calorie burn monitor so i know how i burn and how people i've trained burn.... i'm gonna pretend you are a 135 pound girl if you are heavier it doesnt matter youd be better off in this explanation (because your body would have naturally burned more)

if you where 135 pounds sick in bed all day naturally just to function you're body would have burned 1200 my body naturally when im asleep and sick burns 1900 because im 180 lbs
so to cancel out what you ate and not gain a pound.... 1200 plus _?_ makes 2000. 800 right
you could being sick and all go run for an hour and burn 500 600 and burn a very little extra tomorrow to make that "800" ,buuuttttt you'll get more sick i suggest the first thing i said ....doooonnnnnt woooorrrryyyyy abbboout it
i lose fat when i compete this is the best way to not slip up again doont worry about it....

DON'T freak out. I do stuff like this all the time and the worst thing you can do is freak out. Because, this is what will happen tomorrow- you will set a strict diet for the day to make up for it and end up eating worse from the stress of trying to stick to your limit. Just relax. An extra 1000 calories isn't going to make the scale move permanently. It takes 3,500 calories to add a lb. of fat to your body. The more you stress and make a big deal of it, the more obsessed and stressed out you will get, making your body crave more calories. Pretend this is just another 1000 calorie day and tomorrow carry on with your life. One bad day never hurts anybody. Plus, you're sick with the flu. Most people don't eat, just be glad you can. And you're not going out in public anytime soon, so don't worry about it ;)
