Question: Are Austins Peanut Butter Crackers good or bad for you?
Are they an acceptable snack for someone trying to watch their weight?

I wouldn't eat them. The crackers are white flour, the peanut butter is not natural, there are likely things like corn syrup, artificial colors, etc. in them. You'd be better off with whole wheat crackers like Triscuits or Kashi and natural peanut butter. (Kroger makes a Wheat Thin equivalent that are 100% whole wheat and much cheaper.) I suppose there are worse things, like potato chips, but I still wouldn't eat them. (I'm also guessing that Kashi crackers and natural PB would be cheaper than the processed pre-packaged stuff, too.)
