i'd like to assume you are joking, that or you have a big problem. never consider abuse like sleep deprivation and starvation to get rid of a bit of fat, as you will become a exhaustedskeleton. don't you want your muscle? and you have to have fat. eat a moderate amount, and as sleep and food give energy, your can use them both to do exercise and lose weight. you should care about passing out. i don'tthink you have the right prioritys, and your current methods will do nothing but longterm damage and shortterm weight loss. our bodies don't enjoy starvation, and these destructive habits will result in either death or rapid weight gain when you stop hurting yourselve this way. get a helathy way of living + seek advice from freinds about what you should be doing, as i think they will probably really want to help you. please don't carry on starving your self and think that weight loss is really anything important, there is much more and you won't be fufilled. hope you were joking ,get well soonx

You are going about this 100% wrong. By starving yourself your body will eat into your muscle, which you need to lose weight, and build up your fat cells, because it thinks that you are starving. When you start to eat again it will add to your fat first and your muscles later.

Start eating again, immediately! Then go see your doctor for a weight loss program. Go on a well-balanced diet following government regulated food guides and get some daily exercise. That is how to lose weight properly.

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country.
Sixty percent of Americans are either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers.
All are at risk for serious physical and emotional health problems.Good Luck and Take care :-)

No it doesn't.......you lose brain cells and can eventually die!
