Question: Need to lose 30lbs in 3 weeks! How do I do it?
Please help . . . How can I do this?
I was thinking of doing the lemonade diet (done it 2 years ago and lost a lot of weight).
Serious answers please - don't mind crash dieting.

stop eating and work out a tone. if you can go to the gym for a few hours and just power walk and use the elliptical. i use each for an hour and i burned 1400 calories. idk if you will lose 30 pounds but you should lose quite a bit. also if you are going to eat then make sure its only fruit. or veggies. i lost 15 in a little over a week from not eating much. right now i fast like every other day and i try to just fast every day. im losing a lot of weight. also try the salt water flush to get whats in your body out. 4 cups of water (1 quart) and 2 teaspoons of salt. boil then let cool then drink it and inless than an hour you will see what happens. (stay by ur bathroom)

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Impossible even with crash dieting.
