This is a good method to lose weight:

- Exercise once every second day. Your body needs a day to recover.
- Make sure you exercise exactly the way the pros tell you to for weight loss. Either a personal trainer or if you cant afford one then get one for free off the internet like youtube. Only take the advice from people that have done it.
- Stop eating fast food, sweets and drinking soft drink.
- Only eat carbs at the start of the day. Make sure your last meal is several hours before you go to bed. Your stomach should be craving food before you sleep. This is when the weight really wants to leave. Don't worry you will get used to it.
- be patient and stick to it for 6 months and thank me when your portfolio is done ;)

The only thing that'll help you remove fat is cardio or liposuction. Not diet pills not any type of fad diet. No supplement you take will make you burn fat. None of those sauna belts you need to get off your *** and exercise and eat properly, as much as you don't want to hear it, it's the only thing that'll work besides some type of surgery.

Along with what the other guy said about not eating correctly, but it could be the exercise your doing. I mean are we talking walking for an hour? Running? Rowing? Try switching it up, or even lifting small weights, this will help you burn calories, but also help you keep burning them, muscle uses more calories than fat does.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day.

Try running for an hour a day.
Strength training does very little for fat loss.

Means you're not eating correctly.

are you eating for one hour also?..

You need to make sure you are eating hhealthy. foods while still excercising
