Why can't I lose weight? Help!?!


Question: Why can't I lose weight? Help!?
I've been doing exercise everyday for the past 2 months and I haven't seen any results! I'm not fat or anything I just want to lose fat from my belly and it looks the same I've tried sit ups.running, and so much other stuff should I be on diet or what? Can somone tell me any good exercises and a diet plan?

Are you doing exercises that specifically target your belly area? A lot of people do exercises they *think* will target the areas they want but actually do not. I would highly recommend working with a personal trainer to work on specific areas of your body. I was flummoxed by how quickly I got results on the body areas I wanted in just a few months, working with an expert. The weirdest exercises produce results in the oddest places...

You should also look at your diet, and what you're eating. All the exercise in the world isn't going to 100% override a diet high in fat, sugar, carbohydrates and salt. My top "silly lifestyle change that makes a big difference" is to stop drinking soft drinks/soda, if you do now. I've seen people drop 5-10 pounds in a few weeks that way. I know weight loss isn't your aim, but soda holding you back from toning. I would also cut down on alcohol, and junk food (cookies, chips), and switch them out for fruits, vegetables and protein. A diet switch + targeted exercise should do the trick.



you need to just do more. try crunches and keep on running and maybe powerwalking. do planks and squats. if you arent seeing results you are probably eating too much fat. cut out sweets and stop snacking. if you cant cut out snacking then only eat fruit. when you snack. drink only water. everyone says diet soda is great and has no calories and yay but no. diet soda is still soda and very bad for you. it has sugars that dont help when you want to lose weight. eat more fiber and just eat less proportions when you eat and make it lighter food. insted of a baked potato eat a salad. when you eat salad stay away from too much cheese or just dont eat cheese at all. same with dressing. more fruits and veggies insted of meats and chips. count calories. try only eating 1200 caories a day and make sure that of those 1200 calories, very few of them are from fat. usually labels tell you how many calories from fat but incase they dont take the number of grams of fat and multiply it by 9 because there are 9 calories for one gram of fat and 4 for carbs and 4 for protein



you need to cut back on portions of whatever you are eating as for the abs there is cd called 8 minute abs although mine is a vcr tape it has certain moves for just the abs not just the crunches that targets abs obliques, I am a weight watchers lifetime member I have been going since2001 I have maintained my weight forquitee sometime now withexercisese also if you want to burn calories zumba is fun and what a workout you can burn up to 500 in 1 hour

Not only have u have to exercise but u have to diet also ! Eat healthier & lesser fatty foods like junk food & ect. Good exercise to lose belly fat is running walking or sit ups ! Try those & it will help ! (:
