How long does it takes to lose 5 pounds?!


Question: How long does it takes to lose 5 pounds?
I need to lose 5 pounds quickly! (3 days or so). so i don't care if it's unhealthy or anything, it's just for 3 days! thx

take 4 cups of water and boil it with 2 teaspoons of salt. let kool then drink it. its a laxative. you can lose like 3 pounds just from that.
fast for a day or 3.
i fast every other day and now im working on two days in a row.
drink more water so you wont eat. and think about why you want to lose 5 pounds.



It is possible with healthy diet, i lost 15 kg in 15 days

breakfast is same for every day:1 fruit (forbidden banana and grapes), 1 rusks, 1 cup coffee or tea
cardio minimum 1h per day
weekly lost 2,5-5 kg depend of cardio and no cheating :)

1st day:lunch-1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt pot; dinner- 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 piece of salad or cucumber, 2 rusks
2nd day:lunch-1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt pot; dinner- 125g cooked beef, 1 tomato, 1 orange, 1 rusk, cup of coffee
3rd day:lunch:1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt pot, 1 piece of salad(cucumber); dinner - 125g cooked beef, 1 orange, 1 rusk, cup of coffee or tea sugar-free
4rd day:lunch: 125g cow cheese or cottage cheese, 1 tomato or salsa, 1 rusk; dinner - 125g cooked beef, 2 potatoes, 1 apple, 1 rusk
5th day:lunch - 200g cooked meat or fish, 1 potato, 1 rusk; dinner - 1/2 kg cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato

next 2 days are free, if you like to continue with this diet you will start from 1st day then 6th and 7th day are free, maximum days of this diet are 20 days or 4 weeks

If you like to continue with health weight you need every Monday to eat like this:
breakfast:1 cup lemon juice sugar-free
lunch:1 apple, 1 rusk
dinner:1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 rusk

*for cardio you can walking

Diet gave by surgeons to patients before they go on hearth surgery.



Run 2 hours a day and only drink juice.
I lose 6 pounds in 3 days doing this.

Yep its unhealthy and you'll gain it back when you eat again but you don't care.

To shed off the last 5 pounds in three days, try running 4 miles in the morning and 4 miles at night and don't eat. Just a bit of water.

Well, really dieting can only make u lose 2 pounds a week, and that is really hard but really and I really don't recommend this and would really rather hope u don't but starve ur sef :(



Ge a doulbe gastric bypass maybe that will work
