How can i lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks ?!


Question: How can i lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks ?
My friend is having a party to celebrate her birthday March 13 & I'm wondering how can I lose 10 or 15 pounds in 2 weeks ! Pleeeaaassseee HELP !!

fast every other day and as much as you can. do not binge. think about why you want to lose weight. take 4 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of salt and boil together. let cool. then drink. wait by bathroom. only eat fruits when you snack but try not to snack. eat very small meals. dont eat over 1200 calories a day. eat less if you can. run power walk. do squats. dont eat meat for those 2 weeks. only drink water. only.
