Question: I watch my calories and work out 6 days a week. The way I calculated it I should be losing 6 lbs a month.?
This month I only lost one pound, and I lost a couple inches but I dropped a whole body fat percentage. Does this mean I gained muscle? I'm only doing cardio.......

Hello,

If you are doing just cardio than I don't think you gained muscle. To gain muscle you have to build muscle mass and do workouts that target muscle mass. Cardio is fine.
