Do Low/No Carb lifestyles work?!


Question: Do Low/No Carb lifestyles work?
what i mean is does eating less carbs really improve your health/ lower your weight?

yes they work extremely well and literally slices through body fat like a knife through hot butter ,reduced my own bf% to 4 - 5 % while gaining muscle as i only low carb for 5 days then i eat whatever to receive the insulin effect so even ice cream and chocolate can be used for the sucrose as the inertia of the previous 5 days of very low carbs carries on through to the first 24 hours on the carb refill and that means that im STILL burning fat while eating this junk and my body is also in an anabolic state...
food can be used to create WHATEVER body you want - for the positive OR for the negative,you just have to know what to do then its easy..



Yes, they do work, but they're hard to keep up as so many things have carbs in them. I know people who swear by low carb diets, so if you have the self control to not lust after a vanilla-glazed danish for a while, then you'll do fine.

In fact, before agriculture entered human society a few thousand years ago, people very rarely ate grain-based carbs at all.

However, do read up on it and get your doctor or nutritionist's advice, just to make sure that you're getting everything that you need!



They r the stupidest diets ever, your body needs carbs and as long as u eat good carbs then ur fine. Low/no carb diets focus on eating lots of meat and veggies, and few other things.



no, you just have less energy......... not a good idea, our body needs carbs.
