How long should I work-out everyday (See details please)?!

Question: How long should I work-out everyday (See details please)?
I'm male, 18. Weigh 197 lbs. I'm trying to lose at least 30 pounds by mid-june. I started working out yesterday, and my body gave out after 25 minutes. I'm no expert but I'm sure that's really bad. Should I push myself harder to start small and work my way up? I want to actually take my shirt off this summer, so all help is really appreciated. Thank you.

That's not bad. It's very normal when you first start working out.
There are some great workouts that only last 20 or 30 minutes. As long as you give 100%, it's great.
With practice, you'll get better conditioned and be able to workout a lot longer.

Try to push yourself so that you get stronger for next time, but don't push yourself to the point where you are just kind flopping around to try to finish the workout. When you've got no intensity left, you aren't doing yourself any favors and when you get too sloppy you can get hurt.

yeah...same here dude....I'm 15, but trust me, i have done PLENTY of research....workout however is comfortable with you...but you DO HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF....not too much...but to the point where your sweat is dripping off of you and hitting the floor...THAT is a workout...and if you can only go for 25 minutes....so be it....(also, your diet is half of it)
